NPUGA was set up by the Committee of Vice Chancellors and Registrars (CVCR) of the Nigeria Private Universities in January, 2003. The establishment of the Nigeria Private Universities Games Association (NPUGA) has come as a fulfillment of having all stakeholders coming together under the banner of Sports.

This global platform shall serve as a communication gateway for information dissemination and for individuals to easily reach out to us. The association's activities will on consistent basis be updated on this platform.
